A foodie’s paradise: Macau

Two Michelin-starred restaurant The Eight in Macau’s Grand Lisboa is South-East Asia’s best address for dim sum. On 20 December 2014, the former Portuguese colony south of Hong Kong will be celebrating its first 15 years as Macau Special Administrative Region, with further 35 years ahead before returning to China. Reputedly a gambler’s paradise and world heritage site, the booming peninsula in the South China Sea is a paradise for all who love to explore food from awarded dim sums to unique markets and fishy surprises.
